Each sport, except track and field, has its own trick tree (F3). Use the trick points obtained when you level up in a sport to buy new tricks.

Double-click on a trick to buy it and put it in your trick bar (located at the left of the screen) to equip it.

The more powerful a trick is, the more talent points it costs.
