Energy gauge

It displays your Energy status. It goes down when your avatar practices a sport, and goes up progressively when your avatar is in town.

Green: your avatar feels great
Orange: you feel tired
Rouge: you can no longer practice sport

You can consume food to restore your energy quickly. You can buy food at some merchants and at the portals too, but for a higher cost.
